In Ki Aikido there is no aggression, tension or competition.The purpose of training is to learn to extend our power fully, to eliminate the fear of living, and be positive in every aspect of our lives.
In the dojo we provide an
enjoyable and friendly setting in which we can learn Coordination of
Mind and Body. We train to focus and stabilize our minds, while blending
harmoniously with our
partner's
movements.
Through the exercises we develop a feeling of the principles
of Ki (universal energy) and Aikido to better
deal with the stresses of modern daily life.
Classes
are suitable for all levels of fitness and may be practiced equally
by men and women of any size, age or ability.
